Terms And Conditions

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins to secure the project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon final approval, and within 28 days of the invoice date.
• All final files or website launches will be withheld until full payment has cleared via bank transfer.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide all necessary content (including branding assets, copy, images, and login credentials) promptly to avoid project delays.
• Delays in providing content or communication may directly affect the project timeline and could incur additional costs if the schedule requires rescheduling.

3. Revisions, Feedback & Scope

• Up to 3 rounds of revisions per project stage are included within the agreed project cost.
• Additional revisions will incur extra charges at my standard hourly rate.
• Feedback is expected within 5 working days to keep the project on schedule.
• Delays beyond this window may extend overall delivery timelines.

4. Copyright & Usage

• Full ownership of final work transfers to you only after full payment.
• All preliminary concepts and drafts remain my exclusive property.
• Unused designs cannot be used or shared without prior written approval.
• Third-party assets (like stock imagery) remain subject to their own licensing.

5. Portfolio Promotion

• Completed projects may be showcased in my portfolio or promotional materials.
• Projects covered by an NDA or confidentiality agreement will never be shared publicly.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the project.
• This includes all project briefs, proprietary data, and internal communications.
• This agreement remains in place during the project and continues after completion.

7. Cancelations & Termination

• If you cancel the project after work has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• You will be invoiced for any additional work completed up to the exact date of cancellation.
• If I must terminate the project for unforeseen reasons, a fair refund will be issued for uncompleted work.
• Projects may be suspended or ended for non-payment, lack of communication, or breach of terms.
• Upon cancellation or termination, all unused design concepts remain my exclusive property.

8. Limitation of Liability

• I am not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or business disruptions.
• My total liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid by you for the project.
• You are responsible for thoroughly proofing and signing off on all final artwork.

9. Force Majeure & Delays

• Neither party is liable for project delays caused by unpredictable, unavoidable events..
• This includes natural disasters, global pandemics, severe flooding, or sudden emergencies.
• Project timelines will be extended fairly until normal business operations can safely resume.

10. Ethical Standards

• I reserve the right to refuse or terminate projects promoting hate, discrimination, pornography, or illegal activity.
• I will not design material that is intentionally misleading, deceptive, or unethical.
• All work is created with integrity, respecting copyright laws and avoiding plagiarism.
